Unused Page Layout for Page 42

Now ironically enough I almost went with this page layout for the page, but my friend who I mentioned on the real page 42, Chu told me this didn't look the best, his suggestions made a far far better page then this, still I liked the giant looming over Kayne shot of Madeline here, I might use it later
